You'll take full ownership of the end‑to‑end data centre consolidation strategy, transforming complex infrastructure environments into a unified, scalable ecosystem. With a sharp strategic lens, you'll define wave planning, orchestrate migration sequencing, and craft a seamless cutover approach that minimizes disruption and maximizes operational continuity. You'll drive the interlock with architecture teams to ensure target‑state designs are future‑proof, while partnering closely with sourcing to secure the right data centre and provider strategy. As the primary escalation point for migration risks and technical blockers, you'll bring clarity, structure, and decisive leadership to the most critical moments. You'll deliver the core assets that drive our data centre transformation: a clear data centre consolidation strategy with business‑case inputs, a structured wave plan and migration runbook, and precise cutover playbooks with rollback paths. You'll also maintain real‑time migration dashboards and risk logs to ensure visibility, alignment, and smooth execution.

• 10+ years leading data centre migrations or consolidations at scale (thousands of workloads)

• Deep expertise in migration methodologies (6 Rs), tooling, and cutover management

• Prior experience consolidating federated group environments (M&A;, group shared services)

• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business audiences

• Excellent spoken and written German and English language skills
