Senior Consultant - Treasury Transformation Advisory

Role and responsibilities

Support Treasury Transformation projects by preparing analyses, models and presentation materials Assist in mapping and improving cash management, payments, liquidity forecasting and FX processes Help design and document In-House Bank and Payment Factory concepts with guidance from senior team members Contribute to TMS activities (Kyriba, SAP, FIS): requirements gathering, testing, data preparation and training materials Build business cases and simple ROI calculations with clear assumptions Support the design and improvement of cash flow forecasting and FX risk management processes, including exposure identification, forecasting logic, data quality, governance and management reporting Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients, banks and internal teams Take ownership of defined work packages and grow into increasing responsibility

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or similar

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in finance, treasury, banking or consulting (internships included)

  • Strong analytical skills; confident with Excel and PowerPoint; basics knowledge of data tools (e.g., PowerBI, SQL or Python) are a plus

  • Curiosity for Treasury Transformation, cash management, payments and FX

  • Structured, reliable and proactive; comfortable communicating with stakeholders

  • Fluent in English; German or French is a plus

  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland; willingness to travel occasionally

  • Team player mindset with a desire to learn and pursue certifications (e.g., ACT, TMS)
