Role and responsibilities

Coordinating and organizing meetings and travel arrangements for our PartnersManaging the Partner's calendar and email correspondenceAssisting with client engagement administration, presentation preparation, meeting coordination, and providing day-to-day administrative supportManaging client invoicing and processing accounts payableSetting up client projects in our billing systemHandling ad hoc administrative requestsSupporting employees with time and expense reportingPlanning and organizing internal meetings and events

Qualifications and Skills

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or an equivalent qualification

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in an assistant, administrative, or back-office role

  • Excellent French and very good English skills, both written and spoken

  • Service-oriented, responsible, team-focused, and supportive personality with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks

  • Good MS Office skills; strong IT affinity is an advantage

  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of initiative, combined with an accurate, reliable, and independent working style, a flair for numbers, and a strong sense of responsibility and discretion.
