Internal Sales

Perform commercial department activities and prepare all relevant documents in accordance with company procedures and legal requirements using the SAP ERP system. Process and monitor sales offers, customer orders, supplier orders, deliveries, and invoices. Record goods receipts, supplier invoices, and customer deliveries in SAP. Monitor and follow up on delivery performance and customer orders. Coordinate order placement with suppliers and ensure timely execution. Create and maintain master data in SAP, including new materials and customer records. Communicate weekly delivery schedules and updates to customers. Liaise with customs authorities and logistics partners regarding import and export activities.
