Role and responsibilities

Provide professional support and technical consultancy to our customers in the Aerospace, Railway and Defense industry Actively acquire new customers and continuously expand our market position in target markets together with our sales partners Prepare sales forecasts and strategic sales plans Present our products and solutions to our domestic and international customers Work out and follow up on quotations in close cooperation with project management Plan and execute customer training sessions Prepare and participate in trade fairs, seminars and industry events

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Engineering or a related technical field; alternatively, qualification as a State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualification

  • Several years of sales experience combined with proven and in-depth market knowledge in Aerospace, Railway or Defense

  • Strong professional network within the industry and a proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets

  • Business-fluent English, both written and spoken.

  • Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel international

  • Highly initiative and ability to drive topics independently and target oriented

  • Resilient and a structured working approach, even in challenging situations

  • Strong result orientation and proven ability to successfully close projects and negotiations

  • Flexibility, high engagement, and a confident, professional personality
