Role and responsibilities
Managing a team of customer services staff with monitoring all service workload of machine set-up and training at customers location. Developing service procedures, policies and standards for service team; investigating and solving customers' problems, meeting with other dept. leaders to discuss possible improvements to service. Lead service team to selling the service contracts and products to customers. Assist to make service strategy along with company long term strategy. Travelling and handling face-to-face with customers to satisfy customers' requirements and exceed technical expectations. Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service, keep ahead of service know-how and document database, arrange technical training from internal source and outsource. Write professional reports and hand it over to the management.

Qualifications and Skills
College degree or above, majored in mechanical, electrical, automation or related.
At least 5 years' experience in equipment, maintenance or machinery role.
Good technical know-how in mechanical and electrical basics.
At least 3 years as team leader and administrator level.
Knowledge of high-tech or wire processing industry would be preferred.
Fluent write and speak in English.
Creative, capable of bottom-line responsibility, good team player.
Good computer skills.
Self-motivated, outgoing and good communication skills.
Knowledge of high-tech or wire processing industry would be a plus.
Ability to work under pressure.
Willing to travel within whole Asia Pacific.
