Role and responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely phone support. Setup, install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Komax machines in-house or at customer sites. Complete and provide all necessary documentation to customer, sales, and service supervisor and attach it to CRM for in-house work or work at customer sites in a timely manner. Maintain customer and unit history on CRM database. Input of interactions with customers, sales, etc. must be entered into the CRM database in a format that is clear and concise. Maintain a neat and organized environment at a desk, in-house work areas, and at customer sites. Communicate and coordinate with other departments or personnel when the use of their equipment is needed. Incumbents will follow any other instructions, and perform any other related duties, as assigned by their supervisor. Perform at a high level on the Komax objectives program. Qualifications and Skills
Certificate in electronics or related experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience with skills in training, installing and repairing various models of industrial micro-processor-controlled equipment
Bilingual (Spanish), preferred
MS-Office
General personal computer knowledge, ERP experience
Must be able to read and comprehend electrical schematics and drawings
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong mechanical aptitude
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Demonstrate high level of attention to detail when inspecting, trouble shooting and repairing units to ensure the work is accurate and complete
Good manual dexterity
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Prolonged standing, sitting, stooping, bending
Frequent travel - 50 - 75% (Most travel consists of overnight stays)
Valid Passport
