The Area Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring that the product portfolio and services are optimally positioned and distributed in the assigned country markets. This includes maintaining existing customers, building potential new customers, ensuring a successful agent network, ongoing communication with customers/agents, effective handling of customer projects, planning and organizing customer visits, workshops, and agent training, participating in international trade fairs and conferences, conducting market and trend analyses, ensuring the positioning and distribution of new products and services, and international travel of approximately 25%.

Several years of Sales/Business Development, customer consulting experience in the capital goods market environment (long-term, strategic sales projects - up to 5 years)
Strong in building personal (trust) relationships and networks
