Role and responsibilities
Collaborate with your team to source high-impact projects and engage with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients in diverse industries such as Pharma & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail & Consumer, Industrial Products, and Public Services. Empower your clients to innovatively leverage their data by proposing holistic end-to-end solutions, ensuring successful delivery and value generation in alignment with their specific needs. Facilitate your clients' advancement in digitization by gathering their requirements and proposing state-of-the-art solutions. Challenge the status quo, actively seek necessary information, comprehend the challenges, and communicate your ideas clearly to senior stakeholders. Implement and continuously expand your knowledge of best practices in technology, data engineering, analytics, and consulting approach.

Qualifications and Skills
A university degree in fields such as business informatics, computer science, physics, mathematics, or any engineering discipline is preferred.
Over 7 years of work experience focused on data engineering, analytics, or data science, with consulting experience considered a bonus.
Experience in sourcing, preparing, and delivering end-to-end solutions to internal or external clients is crucial.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar is required.
Experience in developing and deploying data engineering or AI applications is advantageous.
Fluency in English and German, with a willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally; French language skills are considered a plus.
