Role and responsibilities
As a senior member of our Cybersecurity consulting team, specializing in Data Protection you will lead our team of experts on the topic of Data Protection in helping clients secure and protect their most valuable data. You will be responsible for driving strategic efforts to expand our client base, fostering partnerships, and contributing to our team's overall growth trajectory. You will help our clients to implement end to end data protection solutions, identifying gaps and recommending improvements that secure their data and satisfy Swiss and global regulatory requirements. You will join our extended leadership team in Cyber Security, alongside leading experts in Identity and Access Management, Third Party Risk, Cyber Threat intelligence and Cloud Security. You will cultivate a collaborative environment within a team of security experts and a global network, focusing on building strong internal and external relationships. Foster a supportive, friendly, and flexible work environment to ensure the success and well-being of our team. Oversee Data Protection programs, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients and being accountable for project delivery. Additionally, you will manage our partnerships with Data Protection vendors. Coach and develop team members on their career path, while contributing to our team growth strategy.

Qualifications and Skills
10+ years of experience in Information Security, GRC or related domains. Having worked in consulting is considered advantageous.
You have a technical understanding and hands on experience in various Data Protection technologies such as Microsoft, Broadcomm, and familiarity with technologies such as data masking, encryption, cloud based security, and tokenisation
You have experience with Data Protection feasibility assessments, solution architectures, implementations and operational experience running data protection programs.
You are familiar with the principles of data protection and information lifecycles, and Swiss and key global (EU, UK, US, APAC) data protection regulatory requirements and could perform compliance compliance assessments on topics such as FADP, GDPR, CPRA, PCI, ISO 27001.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and staff. Fluent in English; German and/or French are a plus
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or another equivalent education; professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are a plus.
