Role and responsibilities
As the Key Account Manager, you will… Create comprehensive customer plans to drive business growth, aligned with JTI's strategic priorities, including investment scenarios, assortment planning in collaboration with Marketing, and alignment with internal stakeholders across functions. Effectively execute the agreed account strategies and initiatives by leading key account negotiations, managing the full contracting process, and ensuring timely alignment with internal stakeholders. Oversee the full lifecycle of each assigned account, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and delivery of commercial targets. Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with KA and their decision-makers, ensuring consistent communication, high-quality business support, and early alignment on strategic or operational changes. Work closely in cross-functional teams with Finance, Marketing, Legal and SI department to support category development and joint business planning.

Qualifications and Skills
University degree in a relevant field
Solid experience in sales/marketing/trade marketing department of an international FMCG company, including Category and Key Account Management
Fluent in English and German, French is considered an asset
Strong Selling and Negotiation skills, understanding of Retailer Finance
Good working knowledge of MS Office, Power BI, SAP
