Role and responsibilities
Complex and highly fluid calendar coordination, including scheduling and arranging meetings with internal and external partners, including alliance management meetings with partners. Prepare documents of a highly confidential and sensitive nature such as presentations, memos, and correspondence. Closely partner with internal teams to build and distribute pre-reads. Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics and prepare/submit detailed expense reports. Support the team to coordinate the planning of major regional partnering events to continue accelerate our status as a partner of choice. Coordinate the planning of partnering meetings for each conference and other meetings with external partners and internal forums. Proficiency in utilizing and innovating on current technology platforms. Coordinate and maintain data rooms to support business development and due diligence activities. Provide administrative support for JFORCE entries and updates. Coordinate and administer Global Services Service Excellence & Experience engagements. Achieve results in the absence of day-to-day mentorship. Maintain strict confidentiality and exercising independent discretion and judgment to tackle complex problems. Manage confidential correspondence, and interact diplomatically with senior leaders, partners, and vendors. Maintain office environment and serve as single point of contact for facilities.

Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of a high school diploma is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in an administrative capacity supporting senior management is required.
Skills include the use of new technologies and AI enabled tools, as well as the ability to learn and support the adoption of new technologies.
Experience with Zoom and/or Microsoft teams is highly desired.
Experience with Ariba, eMarketplace, Aravo, Concur, Totality, and/or running budgets is highly preferred.
Ability to anticipate executive needs and collect or prepare information for executive review and action is required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required.
Experience supporting a large organization is highly desired.
The ability to prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and operate with patience and integrity in a complex, high-profile, and rapidly changing environment is required.
Excellent communication skills are required, including in English.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
Sound judgment and discretion with ability independently to assess and resolve complex situations and shift priorities as the need arises.
Ability to innovatively lead a large organization in planning for international meetings is highly desired.
