Role and responsibilities
Strategic contributor responsible for enhancing Commercial Capabilities processes to ensure business continuity and efficiency. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights and proven methodologies such as lean six sigma to optimize Commercial Capabilities pricing and contracting operations management. The Senior Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to align Commercial Capabilities processes with organizational goals, ensuring that operations and methodologies are not only effective but also sustainable. By analyzing contracting data and trends, this position plays a crucial role in supporting informed decision-making and driving operational excellence. Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contracting or operations analysis, process improvement, or related fields, preferably within a healthcare or life sciences environment.
Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to leverage data to inform strategic decision-making and enhance pricing processes.
Experience in process automation tools and methodologies, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing manual workload.
Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of identifying issues and developing effective solutions in complex environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven project management abilities, including experience in coordinating initiatives and tracking performance metrics, lean six sigma certification a plus.
Knowledge of bids, tenders, and contracting strategies and methodologies, with a focus on sustainability and alignment with organizational goals.
