Role and responsibilities
The Transformation Projects Leader will be a part of the MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization and will have responsibility for leading and organizing end-to-end transformations across MedTech Supply Chain. The Transformation Projects Leader will be primarily focused on enhancing supply chain through digital and other strategic solutions. The successful candidate must be able to stand up and lead transformations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA transformation, non-S4 transformations) within MedTech Supply Chain. This includes operating alongside program, operations, and vendor teams to improve our core end-to-end operations, enable new innovative digital capabilities and modern Supply Chain capabilities, and simplify the Supply Chain experience. The Transformation Projects Leader will assume responsibility for an in-flight SAP S/4HANA transformation program; they must use a deep understanding of Supply Chain processes to lead deployment teams in delivering SAP S/4HANA to a diverse set of global stakeholders. The Transformation Projects leader will also influence senior leadership at a strategic level by developing strong business partnerships across key stakeholder groups.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree is required. An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is preferred.
Prefers a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in SAP transformation leadership roles within Supply Chain or Commercial organizations.
Requires a minimum of 10 years of complex global leadership experience.
Requires proven experience leading people-centric and business-driven strategies.
A minimum of 10 years of experience with people management/direct report experience is required.
Demonstrated ability to identify the root cause of complex problems and enable solutioning and resolution independently is required.
Experience leading strategic business decision-making through data and analytics is required.
Foundational understanding of emerging MedTech, supply chain, data, and digital trends in the marketplace is preferred.
Ability to build strong relationships with peers and with other stakeholders to influence others and move toward a common vision is required.
Bring a unique perspective that reimagines current ways of working to MedTech Supply Chain Digital is required.
Strategic leadership and experience building new/enhancing existing capabilities is required.
Excellent at building strong relationships with peers and with other stakeholders to influence others and move toward a common vision is required.
Demonstrated hands-on project management/change management experience is required.
Demonstrated experience and ability to collaborate effectively in managing large-scale projects in a matrix format is required.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams, franchises, business sectors, and disciplines is required.
Ability to work effectively and drive alignment in a global environment through strong communication and empowerment, in a fast paced, dynamic environment is required.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP systems is preferred.
Demonstrated hands-on experience leading complex transformation programs is preferred.
Experience in resource management in accordance with project design and needs is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MedTech Devices, Supply Chain or Commercial Operations is preferred.
Certification in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, product management, data competencies) is preferred.
Strong customer focus (internal & external) and experience managing professionals from multiple disciplines is preferred.
This position will require up to 25% travel.
