Role and responsibilities
Identify and capitalize on business opportunities while developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Provide comprehensive support to hospitals, including product consultation and application in surgery. Introduce new product innovations and strengthen adoption of existing product lines. Plan and facilitate workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with surgeons, OR staff, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers. Grow market share in the portfolio across the Romandie region. Ensure high-quality clinical and technical support for surgeons during product use. Increase customer satisfaction through strong partnership, training, and service excellence.

Qualifications and Skills
University degree (Uni/FH)
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within medical devices or a clinical environment
Experience specifically in orthopaedics and/or surgery
Fluent French and English language
Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills
A self‑driven, solution‑oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset
Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel within the region
Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and clinical workflows
