Process Engineer II

Develop stable and capable manufacturing processes through a structured process development approach. Manage costs through the delivery of scrap, reprocessing and consumable projects. Design & develop tools, fixtures, gauges and special equipment for manufacturing operations in conjunction with Technicians and outside vendors. Plan, execute, and document process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure robust and compliant manufacturing processes. Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards. Actively interface with cross-functional team members, always practicing good team work in support of day to day operating and project requirements. Demonstrate strong leadership and a clear identifiable work ethos within the Engineering team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven background in manufacturing engineering, process validation, or quality engineering. Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace) is a plus.

• Strong understanding of validation requirements (IQ/OQ/PQ), NC/CAPA processes, and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, GMP).

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation abilities.

• Professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
