Together with a DevOps team you are responsible to develop and maintain an AWS based data warehouse. You will implement Spark ETL jobs. Thereby you take on the requirements analysis, you will design data products and implement them on our big data stack. You are responsible for automation as well as for trouble-free operation and you continuously improve our development stack.

Qualifications and Skills

Professional experience in software development with Java or Scala
Experience with AWS big data and analytics services such as Glue, SageMaker, Athena, etc.
Experience with Terraform
Open minded
Enjoy working in an agile environment
In-depth knowledge of data processing (Apache Spark, Python, SQL)
Familiar with CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps
