Organization and execution of the annual congress (approx. 200 participants) Management of the office, daily business Support of the committee for the Certificate of Competence in Sleep Medicine Support of the committee for the annual center re-certifications (via online tool) Maintenance and updating of the website and member database Responsibility for book-keeping and annual financial statements Invoice processing and debt collection

Qualifications and Skills
Extensive experience in the administrative office management
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) is essential. French is a plus
Strong organizational and coordination skills

Proficient in accounting software and online tools
