You will also be responsible for monitoring progress and providing feedback to clients and stakeholders.

The foundation operates various facilities and programs aimed at supporting the personal and professional development of its clients.
Degree in Social Work or related field
Experience in social pedagogy or job coaching
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of disability rights and inclusion practices
Fluency in German and/or French
Willingness to engage in continuous professional development
