Construction Manager CSA - Data Center

Lead and coordinate the execution of all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works on a large-scale Data Center project, ensuring delivery in line with safety, quality, budget and schedule requirements. Manage subcontractors, supervisors and site teams while driving short-term planning through 2-, 4- and 8-week look-ahead schedules and daily coordination activities. Oversee critical interfaces between CSA and MEP disciplines, ensuring work areas, rooms and systems are handed over to commissioning and installation teams on time. Monitor construction progress, productivity and resources, proactively identifying risks, constraints and recovery actions to maintain project milestones. Ensure full compliance with project specifications, Swiss regulations, SIA standards, fire protection requirements, HSE regulations and quality management processes.

• 8-10+ years of construction experience with significant site management responsibility, including the successful delivery of major CSA packages from construction through commissioning and handover

• Proven experience on hyperscale Data Center, mission-critical, industrial or other highly complex construction projects, with a strong understanding of CSA and MEP interfaces

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously, driving short-term planning, look-ahead schedules, sequencing, productivity and constraint management

• Strong technical understanding of construction drawings, BIM models, specifications and project schedules, combined with hands-on experience in quality inspections, snagging and structured handovers

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline; experience with Swiss construction standards (SIA/VKF), Tier-1 contractors and Primavera P6 is an advantage
