Role and responsibilities
The Head of Business Resilience is a leadership role responsible to design, implement and manage the Business Resilience (BR) program for Holcim, according to the Business Resilience policy and respective directives. The Head of Business Resilience provides strategic direction and coordination and is responsible to lead, develop and implement the crisis management program, including preparedness, incident response and business continuity across regions and countries, supporting Holcim’s goal to create a safe, resilient, and secure environment.

Qualifications and Skills
10 years + of experience in the field of Business Resilience, risk and crisis Management, emergency response, incident response.
Military or law enforcement experience is a plus
Proven ability to lead cross functional teams during challenging times and high stress situations, make critical decisions under pressure and coordinate complex response activities fostering a culture of resilience
Experience in global security frameworks, risk management, and incident response strategies.
Experience working in a global, complex organizational structure, dealing with multinational risks and operations.
Experience in designing and facilitating crisis exercises and simulations with demonstrated ability to develop realistic scenarios
Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, risk management, international relations, or related field (University Degree).
Certification in business continuity or crisis management (e.g. CEM, CBCP, MBCI)
English (required), any other language is a plus
At least 30% between national and international
