Product Manager AI Empowerment

Define and drive the AI integration into the portfolio across the product range. Identify customer needs and value drivers with Machine Learning and AI and translation into customer requirements and roadmaps for new features, products and services. Drive AI Initiatives from early concept to implementation through all development stages. Work closely with Product Management and RnD in Switzerland, Romania, Germany and the United States. Act as an AI ambassador and internal advisor, enabling product teams to integrate AI without assuming ownership of their individual products.

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology or Engineering or in a related field

• Experience in liquid handling and robotics, clinical diagnostics, and/or life sciences

• Proven practical experience in working with AI tools and translating AI capabilities into valuable applications or workflows

• Strong understanding of data-driven products, software ecosystems and machine-learning concepts.

• Fluent German is mandatory; strong English skills are required for international collaboration
