Role and responsibilities
Support the monthly Demand and Supply Planning cycle by updating and validating data sources using internal business intelligence and reporting tools. Support preparation and updating of Demand and Supply plans in Microsoft Excel in alignment with defined S&OP timelines. Support analysis and consolidation of planning data to ensure transparency and data quality within the S&OP process. Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for global and regional S&OP meetings. Create and maintain process documentation for Global S&OP processes to be used for internal training purposes (PowerPoint) and for external vendors during future software implementations (BPMN). Support Global S&OP projects with administrative and coordination tasks, including follow-up on action items and documentation of decisions.

Qualifications and Skills
Recently completed or studying towards pursuing a degree in Data Science, Supply Chain, Econometrics, Business Analytics, Process Management, or a related field
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
Interest in process development, data analytics, change management and project management
Basic understanding of Demand & Supply Planning or S&OP concepts is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences
Passion for enabling organizations to deliver their best possible performance, curious, proactive, independent and eager to learn in a fast-paced global environment
Preferred: Initial professional experience in process management, data analytics or supply chain
