Role and responsibilities
As VP Middle East & Africa, you will be responsible for the commercial development and success of the region while leading and managing the regional team. Working closely with distributors and internal stakeholders, you will execute our commercial strategy and contribute to the global Dental Regeneration strategy. Your key responsibilities include: Achieving sales, revenue, EBIT and cost targets across the MEA region, Leading and developing the regional team, Defining and implementing the regional distributor and affiliate setup strategy, Driving strategic planning, budgeting and performance management, Identifying market expansion and business development opportunities, Supporting distributors in sales, marketing and business planning, Building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Leading regional meetings, trainings and congress activities, Collaborating with cross-functional teams and representing Global Sales in regional initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Life Sciences or a related field; MBA or PhD is an advantage
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable international commercial leadership role
Proven leadership experience managing medium-sized teams
Experience in setting up local affiliates (legal entity, registration, import, training & education) for direct or via distributors sales development
Experience in MEA region tender business management directly or via distributors
Experience in local acquisitions, product portfolio development is a plus
Experience in working with international dental distributors, ideally within the healthcare, medical device or pharmaceutical industry
Strong strategic, operational, commercial and leadership skills
Fluent in English; Arabic, Turkish and/or French are an advantage
Willingness to travel internationally within the MEA region
