Head KOL Development & Management

Lead and further develop the international KOL Development Program, including budget ownership and execution. Establish and optimize scalable global KOL management processes. Manage and grow the Geistlich Alumni Community through networking events and engagement initiatives. Develop communication strategies and content for international KOLs. Define and monitor global KOL KPIs in collaboration with local affiliates. Partner closely with affiliate KOL managers to support local objectives. Personally manage a group of international Key Opinion Leaders. Identify, recruit, and develop new opinion leaders.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Dentistry, or a related field

• Experience working with KOLs, ideally in implant dentistry, regeneration, or the medical device industry

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority

• Collaborative, empathetic, and highly organized personality

• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) is an advantage

• Self-driven, reliable, and confident in interacting with leading experts

• Willingness to travel internationally (20–30%)

• Fluent in English

• German, French, Spanish or Italian language are a plus
