Role and responsibilities
Own and govern the global commercial framework, including distribution agreements, pricing, discounts, rebates, and commercial terms. Develop, maintain, and enforce commercial policies and governance standards while ensuring compliance and audit readiness. Drive harmonization of commercial processes, master data, systems, and governance structures across markets, acquisitions, and distribution partners. Establish global transparency of distribution channels, commercial partners, and pricing structures. Identify business improvement and efficiency opportunities through commercial data analysis. Support local markets in implementing pricing strategies, commercial policies, and contractual frameworks. Lead or contribute to transformation, integration, digitalization, and commercial excellence initiatives, including training and change management activities.

Qualifications and Skills
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Several years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Pricing, Sales Operations, Commercial Governance, or a comparable role within MedTech, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a regulated industry.
Strong expertise in pricing strategies, commercial policies, business processes, and systems.
Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication in German and English, influencing, and organizational capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
