Senior Revenue Manager - Demand & Assortment

📍 8045 Zürich

Role and responsibilities

Demand Planning & Food Ordering: You anticipate consumption across clients, weekdays and seasons, and translate it into precise supplier ordering, backed by our own forecasting models. Every forecast sits between an empty fridge and food thrown away, and moving that balance is the single biggest lever we have on both customer satisfaction and margin. Stocking & Allocation: You run the daily allocation of fresh and non-fresh products across all fridges through our stocking tool. The process is automated, the judgment is not: you supervise the outcomes, intervene where needed, and stay closer to our customers than any dashboard could bring you. Pricing & Promotions: You own pricing and promotions across our entire food range, and the revenue they drive, using both deliberately to grow consumption and strengthen profitability. Assortment & Category Insights: You understand why a product performs at one client and not at another, tailor each fridge's assortment accordingly, and feed those insights back to our Food team to shape future products. Commercial Partnership: You turn client feedback from our account managers into concrete assortment and stocking decisions, and you act decisively when a client is at risk.
