Role and responsibilities

You’ll spend most of your time on-site at client locations — in conversation with B2B stakeholders or running food experiences much like a corporate catering setup. Once Sales signs a contract, you become the client’s main support contact during the trial period (typically 3 months) and own the implementation and launch of the FELFEL smart fridge. You spend roughly 80% of your time with clients — typically HR or facility managers — across the tri-state area, from Philadelphia onward, making sure everything is set up by the book and runs smoothly. You organize and steer each fridge installation: together with the client, you decide where the FELFEL fridge goes, coordinate the setup, and agree on the launch date. You keep clients and their employees happy and drive on-site usage through communication and light marketing activities such as food. You travel by train and car (driver’s license required). You are the main point of contact for our on-site stakeholders during their trial period, always reachable by phone and email. You plan and run launch days where we invite the whole company — sometimes up to 200 people — to enjoy lunch on us, so it’s essentially corporate catering for the day. You plan, execute, and make sure everything runs smoothly for the client and the FELFEL team. You host sampling and tasting events at client sites to onboard more end customers e.g employees. One to three times a week, you support the Sales team in our showroom — preparing lunch for up to 10 guests, warming and serving meals, and telling great food stories. We work with the HubSpot CRM. You don’t need to be an expert yet — we’ll teach you. Every meeting should be documented, and AI tools will help.

The smart fridge is stocked daily, with no pre-orders required. Qualifications and Skills

  • 2–3 years in corporate catering or large-scale restaurant operations. This is a hands-on role: after a few months with us, you’ll run caterings for up to 200 people on your own. It may be ideal for someone from catering looking to move into a more client-facing, support-focused role.

  • Confidence and strong communication skills: you’ll meet senior executives at our B2B clients and need to show up, shake hands, and deliver clear, professional information.

  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with a laptop and email, able to use tools like ChatGPT, and ideally with CRM experience.

  • A self-starter who doesn’t need micromanaging and is comfortable on the road alone, driving 1–2 hours at a time. A driver’s license is required.

  • Ideally, a network of companies that use catering services.

  • A genuine passion for food — and the ability to talk about it and present our latest menu creations.
