Role and responsibilities

Develop, integrate, and deliver Test Bench (EGSE) equipment required for Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) activities. Coordinate technical activities between the various project stakeholders. Ensure equipment compliance with technical, quality, and safety requirements. Manage suppliers and subcontractors involved in the development of EGSE solutions.

To support our growth in the Lausanne area, we are looking for a Test Bench (EGSE) Engineer (M/F).

Qualifications and Skills

Engineering degree in Electronics, Automation, or Embedded Systems.
Experience in Test Bench and EGSE development within the space, aerospace, or defense sectors.
Experience working on space or satellite programs.
Fluent English; French is a plus.
Knowledge of ECSS standards.
Good understanding of electrical, electronic, or software systems associated with test equipment is a plus.
Knowledge of software languages and environments (Python, C/C++, LabVIEW, Linux, Git).
Knowledge of space communication protocols (SpaceWire, CAN Bus, RS-422 / RS-485, CCSDS).
