Role and responsibilities
contribute to the design, redesign, and integration of embedded electronic systems used in connected and safety‑critical transportation and industrial applications. The mission focuses on PCB redesign, system integration, and validation activities, working closely with firmware, mechanical, RF, and test engineers in a multidisciplinary environment. The role requires strong hands‑on involvement across design updates, testing, and de‑risking phases on‑site in Switzerland.

Qualifications and Skills
Professional to senior‑level experience in electronic hardware design
Strong hands‑on experience with Altium Designer
Solid background in digital electronics, including 32‑bit microcontrollers
Experience with EFM32 and/or Nordic MCUs is a strong advantage
Experience with hardware interfaces such as SPI, CAN, USB, and RS‑232
Proven know‑how in USB‑C Dual Role Port (DRP) and Power Delivery (PD)
Experience in EMV / EMC‑aware hardware design
Working knowledge of LTspice or equivalent SPICE simulation tools
Experience with wireless communication technologies (BLE, LoRa, 2.4 GHz)
Practical understanding of antenna technology, including antenna types and impedance matching
Comfortable using laboratory test equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer)
Understanding of firmware development concepts to support HW/FW interfaces
Experience with SAP for BOM handling is an advantage
Fluent in English; German and/or French are beneficial
