Assurance Business Partner

Work closely with project leaders, audit teams, and internal departments to keep things running smoothly. Take ownership of audit project coordination and support leadership in ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Serve as the main contact for all questions and tasks related to audit projects, supporting your team with clarity and structure. Provide guidance and support to managers on administrative matters and help optimise internal processes. Monitor project progress through analysis, forecasting, and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment. Manage project-related data, including budgeting and documentation, and assist with general administrative responsibilities.

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or are currently studying – we are flexible regarding your background.

• Initial experience in project or process management is a plus, but not required.

• You are someone who enjoys staying organised and working independently.

• You are confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and open to learning new tools.

• You speak English fluently; knowledge of French is an advantage.
