Senior Consultant - Technology Consulting - Finance Transformation

You will become part of our Finance Transformation team within our Technology Consulting practice, supporting local as well as global financial services clients across Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management, on finance transformation initiatives and solutions aligned with the CFO agenda. Deliver large-scale finance transformation programs in complex international environments. Help shape the finance function of the future by supporting digital and regulatory transformation through hybrid and agile delivery approaches. Contribute to project management, process improvement, business analysis, requirements definition, system implementation, performance management, and quality assurance across project deliveries. Collaborate with our strategic alliance partners to bring innovative solutions to clients through technologies such as SAP S/4HANA for Finance, Microsoft Cloud services, and Databricks. • Degree (BA, MA, PhD) in Business Informatics, Data Engineering, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

• At least three years of practical experience in Finance Transformation and/or the Banking, Insurance, or broader Financial Services environment, with exposure to accounting, closing, consolidation, reporting, and planning or forecasting processes

• Experience with finance technology solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, cloud services, or other finance transformation platforms is considered an advantage

• Understanding of finance data transformation topics such as data governance, master data, data modelling, reporting and analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and cloud-based data platforms is considered an advantage

• Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python, Alteryx, or similar) is considered an advantage

• Strong analytical, solution-oriented, and curious mindset

• Ability to take ownership, build trusted relationships, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a collaborative environment

• Strong team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are considered an asset
