Senior Manager - Technology Consulting - Tech Transformation & Strategy

Role and responsibilities
Lead technology strategy and transformation engagements for wealth and asset management clients, from vision and planning through execution. Design target architectures, operating models and technology roadmaps that align business and IT priorities. Advise clients on banking technology platforms and ecosystems, including digital acquisition and onboarding, CRM/CLM, portfolio management systems (PMS), core banking, e-banking and client servicing solutions. Identify opportunities to leverage Data & AI, automation and emerging technologies to drive business value. Lead multidisciplinary EY and client teams, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes. Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology executives. Contribute to business development, thought leadership and the growth of EY’s Technology Consulting practice in Romandie.

Qualifications and Skills
12+ years of experience in technology consulting, technology architecture or transformation delivery within financial services, ideally Wealth & Asset Management.
Strong understanding of banking technology platforms and architectures, including areas such as CRM, digital channels, portfolio management and core banking.
Proven experience shaping technology strategies, operating models, target architectures and transformation roadmaps.
Broad knowledge of enterprise technologies, including applications, integration, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity and service management.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programs and managing diverse teams in complex stakeholder environments.
Ability to engage effectively with senior executives and translate business priorities into practical technology solutions.
Interest and experience in Data & AI and their application to business transformation and operating model improvement.
Commercial mindset with experience supporting proposals, client development and practice growth.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in French and English.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
