(Senior) Consultant - Tax Financial Services

Role and responsibilities

Support clients with the interpretation, implementation and application of regulatory and operational tax concepts, with a particular focus on tax transparency topics such as FATCA, QI and Automatic Exchange of Information, as well as related reporting obligations. Be involved in practical, hands-on tasks, including guiding clients through onboarding rules, reviewing client documentation, applying tax calculation rules, classifying securities, and supporting tax reporting to both regulators and clients, as well as the management of operational tax functions and tax-related data. Contribute to the development of holistic solutions, working closely with colleagues across Legal, Audit and Consulting teams, as well as with international teams across different jurisdictions. Be involved in client secondments and on-site projects on a regular basis, making up a significant and enriching part of your work environment. Qualifications and Skills

  • A recognized diploma in law, economics, finance or equivalent (federal, bachelor’s or master’s degree)

  • Knowledge on tax transparency topics (FATCA, QI, CRS, …) is considered as a plus

  • Ideally, a first experience in Swiss and international tax law in a consulting firm or a financial institution

  • An excellent level of French and English (German and/or Italian are/is considered as a plus)

  • Fast learner with strong analytical and numerical skills, combined with adaptability, flexibility, and a collaborative team spirit
