Role and responsibilities
Drive Business Growth Lead business development activities, including proposal creation, client presentations, and relationship building with middle / senior leaders (CSCO, Head of logistics, Head of warehousing, etc.). Ability and interest in actively driving business development including offering activation campaigns, marketing events, etc.
Deliver High-Impact Projects in digital logistics Design and implement logistics transformation programs, focusing on digitalization of transports (SAP TMS, OTM, BlueYonder, etc.), network modelling (Coupa, AIMMS, etc), warehouse (SAP EWM, BlueYonder, etc), and order management / OTC. Advise clients on digital logistics strategies, network design optimization, 3PL/4PL contracting, lean warehousing, trade terms optimization, cost to serve.
Thought Leadership Stay ahead of industry trends in retail, direct-to-consumer, and technology-driven logistics. Contribute to internal knowledge development and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills
6–8 years in consulting or project-based roles within logistics and supply chain (retail or direct-to-consumer preferred).
Sales Orientation: Proven ability to drive business development and client acquisition
Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience implementing transport management systems, network design tools, WMS.
Project Leadership: Strong track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Industry Insight: Familiarity with retail and consumer-focused logistics models.
Communication: Excellent client-facing skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel regionally and globally.
