Role and responsibilities
Manage audits of company(ies) headquartered in Switzerland and/or subsidiaries of multinational groups. Help build trust and confidence through transparency, clarity and consistency. Adapt the audit approach to the changing client environment. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and assess clients' satisfaction. Proactively maintain contact with the client throughout the year. Direct daily fieldwork, inform Senior Managers and Partners of the engagement status, and manage staff performance. Coach more junior audit team members on accounting and auditing matters. Foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment. Contribute ideas/opinions to the audit teams and listen/respond to other team members’ views.

Qualifications and Skills
A bachelor/master’s degree in either Accounting, Audit & Management Control, Corporate Finance, Business Administration or Economics
You are/about to be in possession of a certified public accountants’ diploma or other similar diploma (Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA, etc.)
5-7 years’ experience in external audit, an experience in a Big Four is a plus
Managerial experience in leading an audit team in an international environment, coaching audit staffs and seniors on technical accounting/auditing procedures, liaising with audit specialists
Experience in Swiss Regulatory audits is a strong asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French is required – English and German are strong assets, any additional language is considered as a plus
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to: communicate well; establish strong working relationships; maintain a positive outlook; work under pressure
