Role and responsibilities

Support national and international clients in payroll and HR administration Manage payroll accounting, including communication with clients, tax authorities, and social security institutions Collaborate with our nearshore and offshore teams to ensure timely completion of monthly payroll processes Contribute to business development activities, including client acquisition and local networking Work on exciting internal and external projects from day one, gaining in-depth insights into a broad range of technical topics, industries, and business functions

Qualifications and Skills

  • Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, with a strong interest in payroll

  • One to two years of practical experience in payroll and social security/employment tax

  • Proficient in English and German; French and/or Italian language skills are an asset

  • Solid knowledge of and hands-on experience with MS Office; familiarity with ABACUS and/or SAP is a plus

  • Strong sense of independence and resilience, combined with an entrepreneurial and client-focused mindset

  • Eager to learn and open to developing new skills and expertise

  • Demonstrates an agile, growth-oriented mindset, valuing both knowledge and attitude as key drivers of success

  • Innovative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment
