Senior Consultant - Business Consulting (Managed Services Experience)

Support the design of managed services that adapt to client needs in scope, scale, and speed. Help shape pursuits by co-creating with clients or leveraging proven EY solutions to build outcome-focused propositions. Structure financial models that shift fixed to variable cost through pricing innovation and amortization design. Apply EY methods, accelerators, and governance standards to deliver effectively and efficiently. Contribute to delivery models such as Build-Operate-Transfer, As-a-Service, captive transitions, and offshore build-outs to ensure scalable, trusted execution.

EY’s Business Consulting team is expanding its Managed Services footprint in Switzerland. Globally, EY has a proven portfolio of Managed Services, tested, industrialized and built to scale, yet in Switzerland much of this potential remains untapped. We are now bringing these capabilities to market where client pressure is most acute, from regulatory reporting to operational carve-outs, with each offering addressing a clear pain point where traditional models no longer deliver.

• Approx. 2–5 years’ experience in consulting or financial services

• Fluency in English and German, with Swiss German or other languages an advantage

• Strong academic record

• Direct experience in global delivery hubs such as India or Poland is an asset
