Director - Technology Consulting - Platforms (S/4HANA)

Lead SAP S/4HANA ERP solution development and implementation, managing all project phases and ensuring quality and timelines. Proactively manage client challenges to maintain high satisfaction. Strengthen the Enterprise Platforms Practice through proposals, internal initiatives, and recruitment. Drive collaboration across EY service lines to enhance delivery and innovation.

• 12+ years’ experience in architecture and implementation of SAP S/4HANA, including migrations, hybrid cloud, and post-go-live support.

• Ability to map complex business processes (Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing) to S/4HANA modules and translate requirements into robust IT designs.

• Lead design and deployment of role-based Fiori applications, with deep understanding of architecture, customization, and optimization.

• Architect SAP solutions in cloud/hybrid environments, manage API-based integration, security, and compliance.

• Experience with SAP HANA, data modelling, and embedded analytics for business insights.

• Implement SAP AI Business Services, RPA, and machine learning for process optimization.

• Manage SAP SAM, contract analysis, negotiation, and support for RISE & S/4HANA contracts.

• Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Business.

• Preferred SAP certifications: Technology Professional, Application Associate (S/4HANA, Fiori, HANA), Activate Project Manager, and relevant module certifications.

• Full professional proficiency in English; German/French is a plus.

• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder engagement for managing transformation initiatives.

• Industry Experience in Pharma, Consumer, Chemical or Manufacturing industries is a strong advantage.
