Role and responsibilities
Own full P&L; responsibility (revenue, margins, cost structure, and investment decisions) of the RFID Business Unit. Define and execute the RFID Business Unit strategy with full ownership of growth, profitability, and market leadership. Define and manage budgets, forecasts, and investment priorities to maximize return on innovation and product development. Drive product roadmap, portfolio management, and new product introductions aligned with market needs. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Represent EM in key industry bodies (e.g., RAIN Alliance) and strengthen its leadership within the RFID ecosystem. Drive business development, strategic account engagement, and ecosystem partnerships in close collaboration with the Sales organization. Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging applications to identify new business opportunities. Lead the RFID Business Unit organization, including product management and RFID engineering, while fostering strong collaboration with Sales, Operations, and other key functions. Define clear performance metrics (KPIs/OKRs) and drive a results-oriented culture. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor, RFID, connectivity, or related technology markets.
Proven experience in business unit management, product management, marketing, or business development.
Demonstrated success in driving profitable growth and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong network within the RFID and broader IoT ecosystem.
Fluent in English; French and/or German are a plus.
