Cybersecurity Business & Consulting Lead

Role and responsibilities
You will advise and support our clients in complying with laws, regulations, and internal standards in the areas of data protection and information security. You will conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for systems and organizations based on NIST or ISO 27K. You will design and implement cybersecurity controls and develop forward-thinking security architectures and concepts. You will integrate modern security solutions into our clients' IT landscapes and independently manage exciting cybersecurity mandates. You will help our clients shape their Cyber Security strategy and achieve sustainable business success. In close collaboration with our clients’ C-level executives, you will design innovative strategies and lead our teams in their successful implementation, helping to enter new markets and attract new clients. You will bridge the gap between business and IT, integrating both worlds and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders – supported by the unique expertise of our ELCA Advisory Team and the entire ELCA Group. You will manage both senior and junior consultants based in Zurich, enabling you to coach new team members and ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.

With more than 15 years of expertise, several key solution partners and hundreds of completed cybersecurity projects, ELCA Security's mission is to serve any company or public organisation in terms of anticipation (strategic security consulting), protection (secure architecture and encryption), detection (endpoint monitoring) and defense (incident response).
Qualifications and Skills
You hold at least a Bachelor degree in a technical field and ideally bring certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or similar
You have 10 years of professional experience in IT security or cybersecurity consulting
You have experience managing teams, coaching junior resources, and fostering a positive work environment
You are well-versed with applicable laws and regulations in the Swiss market
You are passionate about cybersecurity and approach new topics with curiosity and initiative
You understand computer architectures and network technologies and quickly put new knowledge into practice
You communicate confidently in both German and English – French is a plus
