Call management: You will be responsible for handling calls and inquiries. You are adaptable and flexible, able to adjust to changing priorities. Knowledge Base Usage and Maintenance: You will use our knowledge base as a foundation for classifying issues. As you gain experience, you will contribute to its growth and become a co-author. Customer orientation: You prioritize customer satisfaction. Effective communication is essential to ensure customers feel valued and understood. Quick learning: You will participate in provided training and demonstrate a willingness to learn and expand your knowledge of products, services, and support processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree

  • We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills - IT skills are an asset, but not mandatory

  • Fluency in German and French is required. Proficiency in English will facilitate effective communication and collaboration with team members

  • Must be willing to work from our Bern office - central location within a few minutes' walking distance of Bern Hauptbahnhof (HB)
