Role and responsibilities

Lead the architecture and design of CRM & Loyalty solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insights) and Power Platform (Dataverse)\nTranslate client business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing solution architectures\nDefine and implement integration patterns between Dynamics 365 / Dataverse and surrounding systems\nLead or support Dynamics 365 migration programs, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy platforms\nAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in client engagements, delivery projects, and pre-sales activities\nCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams\nProvide technical leadership and governance across the full delivery lifecycle\nSupport solution design during RFPs, proposals, and client pitches\nEnsure adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks\nIdentify risks and define mitigation strategies for complex CRM implementations\nStay up to date with the latest Microsoft ecosystem innovations and industry trends

Qualifications and Skills

  • Architect-level expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially: Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Dataverse

  • Understanding and hands on experience with various Azure service, mainly Service bus, Event hub or Azure Functions

  • Hands on experience with different migration tools and ETLs (i.e. Azure Data Factory, KingswaySoft)

  • Strong knowledge of CRM architecture principles, including data models, security, and scalability

  • Proven experience with integration patterns (APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, etc.)

  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 migrations and transformation programs

  • Experience working in client-facing roles, including workshops, stakeholder management, and advisory

  • Familiarity with Success by Design methodology

  • Experience and knowledge of running discovery workshops with customers from different industries

  • Ability to contribute to pre-sales and business development activities

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end CRM and customer engagement ecosystems

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
