Developing digital transformation strategies, concepts and specifications for the implementation, enhancement and improvement of innovative platform solutions; Facilitating and guiding projects, to ensure business and technology are aligned; Directing and supervising scalable client engagements on overall technological architecture; Ensuring re-use and scale of our knowledge and methods; Sharing, training and mapping client's needs to Merkle capabilities; Acting as advisor or mentor for more junior colleagues on their project work and career development; Gathering of business requirements and translating them into workable digital solution specifications in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria; Defining and enhancing industry and client specific architectures; Advising the client on architectural solution aspects within their Vertical; Closely collaborating with the development teams, UX / Design teams and content teams (onsite and/or offshore); Preparing and facilitating client workshops for idea creation and solution finding; Staying up to date, or ahead, of digital trends in the market and understands how they impact the client's business.

• Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology or similar

• Proven track record in leading global CRM multi-cloud implementations in complex environments

• Solid knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud

• Strong client facing profile

• Salesforce architect certifications highly recommended (Application, system, integrations, data, sharing and visibility architect)

• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture knowledge is a plus

• Fluency in French & English

• Availability for the onsite presence in Geneva
