Role and responsibilities

Designing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud solutions tailored to client goals. Leading workshops and discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into user stories and solution designs. Advising clients on CRM strategy, data architecture, and process optimisation. Supporting multi-cloud Salesforce projects and ensuring alignment between business and technology. Collaborating with development, UX/design, and content teams (onsite and/or offshore). Preparing and presenting solution proposals, demos, and documentation. Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge sharing. Promoting reusability and scalability of solution components across engagements. Staying current with Salesforce product releases and industry trends. Supporting change management and adoption strategies for client teams.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud implementations

  • Salesforce certifications are a strong plus (e.g. Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud, Administrator, Platform App Builder)

  • Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and project management tools

  • Fluency in French and English

  • Experience working in international and cross-functional teams is a plus

  • Onsite presence in Geneva is required
