Trainee – Central Consulting (Chief of Staff Support)

Role and responsibilities
Consulting Communications Support: Assist with drafting and distributing key communications, including newsletters and other materials, to ensure the smooth flow of information across the practice. You will also help with the preparation and execution of Consulting town halls, a key engagement initiative for leadership and employees. Consulting Leadership Team Support: Contribute to the development and enhancement of shared decks, supporting leadership in effectively communicating priorities. Event Management: Take on project management responsibilities for Consulting-wide events, ensuring seamless execution and coordination. Chief of Staff Support: Provide direct support to the Chief of Staff, assisting with high-impact tasks and projects aligned with your skills and capacity. Business Exploration: Dedicate time to exploring various business teams, gaining hands-on experience, and identifying areas for potential contribution.

Qualifications and Skills
You are currently completing your university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a relevant field such as marketing, economics, business administration or engineering.
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with teams across different business areas.
You have strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data organisation, allowing you to create impactful presentations and track key initiatives.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on high-visibility projects that require coordination across different levels of the organisation.
You are fluent in German and English.
