Identity Access Management (IAM) Senior Consultant / Manager, Technology & Transformation

Design and architect enterprise IAM solutions aligned with business objectives and security frameworks. Advise senior leadership and clients on IAM strategy, governance, and risk mitigation. Develop IAM roadmaps and transformation programs. Identify and evaluate emerging IAM technologies and industry practices. Lead end-to-end IAM projects from discovery through deployment and optimization. Oversee technical implementation of identity platforms (SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA). Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001, etc.). Manage integration with existing enterprise systems and cloud environments. Manage client relationships, expectations, and stakeholder engagement. Conduct training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients. Contribute to business development and proposal development. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of IAM operations. Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project methodologies. Document solutions and create reusable frameworks and templates.

• Expertise in one or more of the following domains with technical knowledge: Identity governance and administration (IGA), Privileged access management (PAM), Single sign-on (SSO) and federation, Product hands-on knowledge on one or more IAM technologies.

• Strong understanding of IAM frameworks.

• Proven track record delivering complex IAM projects.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
