Senior Consultant/ Assistant Manager Swiss Payroll Advisory

Role and responsibilities

Deliver expert advice on payroll and compensation matters, building trusted relationships with clients. Own client management from scoping through delivery, ensuring exceptional results and client satisfaction. Support business development by identifying opportunities to expand our Payroll offering with existing and new clients. Contribute to team excellence by mentoring junior consultants and sharing best practices. Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovative approaches to payroll service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience within practice or an in-house team providing compensation/payroll services to multinational clients and/or expatriates.

  • Detail-oriented professional with strong payroll expertise and a proven track record of delivering high-quality client work.

  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to the professional development of you and your team.

  • Clear communication with clients and colleagues, taking pride in delivering exceptional service.

  • Qualification in fiduciary services or a degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline, complemented by further training in HR, payroll or tax.

  • Knowledge of various payroll accounting systems such as Abacus and SAP (others are an advantage) and a high affinity for Artificial Intelligence and technology.

  • Excellent technical as well as analytical skills and are a reliable team player.

  • Excellent command of English and fluent in either French or German; additional language skills are considered a significant advantage.
