Role and responsibilities

Help our clients successfully manage global challenges as a Senior Consultant in the Tech M&A cohort of our Deal Transformation practice. You will support corporate and private equity clients in understanding the technology dimension of their most important transactions. With AI accelerating change across industries, you will help clients assess technology opportunities, risks and disruption while supporting informed deal decisions and long-term value creation. Technology due diligence: Assess technology landscapes, applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, operating models and technology spend to identify transaction risks and opportunities. Technology integrations and carve-outs: Support technology separation and integration planning, including Day 1 readiness, TSA considerations, target-state design and implementation planning. Technology strategy and value creation: Analyse technology strategy, AI impact, operating model improvements and value creation opportunities across the transaction lifecycle. Technology cost and synergy analysis: Support technology cost assessments, synergy analysis and investment planning while working closely with financial and commercial deal teams. Client delivery: Translate complex technology findings into clear analyses and executive-ready recommendations while collaborating with multidisciplinary deal team.
