Role and responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to take ownership from day one, to be involved in client-facing activities in the field of Swiss tax. You prepare Swiss tax declarations and analyze complex international tax and social security positions. You conduct research and prepare advice tailored to each client. You develop specific knowledge in Swiss national and international tax. Combine your strengths and skills with the know-how of our experienced teams – in this power combination you can develop your full professional and personal potential and help our clients in a wide range of tax and social security topics. You will have the opportunity to learn and apply your technical knowledge directly to engaging cases. Additionally, you will assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Curiosity, proactive mindset, and willingness to take ownership

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills

  • Attention to detail and digital mindset (Excel, tools, systems)

  • Thrive in an international and fast‑paced environment

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in law, business, economics, finance or similar

  • Applicants without a university degree but with relevant experience (e.g., with social security authorities or tax offices) are encouraged to apply

  • Fluent in German & English

  • MS Office proficiency

  • Previous mobility or tax experience is a plus but not required
